The Buoy Bonus Pick is awarded by fully landing reels 2, 3 and 4 with bonus symbols after which you get to choose the Buoy Bonus Classic or the Buoy Bonus Free Games feature. Landing 3, 4 or 5 consecutively will award you 1, 2 or 3 spins of the Wheel for Credit Awards, Progressives, extra wheel spins or the bonus game. The Big Wheel Feature is triggered by landing 3 or more of the special wheel symbols that are superimposed on standard symbols on consecutive reels.
